Last November 8, 2022, Tuesday, the Globe Business Team met with ten (10) decision-makers of IPASS Processing at Seda Abreeza, Davao City. The program started by introducing the participants and announcing the event’s primary purpose by the facilitator. Afterward, Globe’s Sales Head, Mr. Jovitt Bajar, began his opening message. He was then followed by the welcome message of IPASS’s very own President, Ms. Rachelle Olivar.
Among the highlights of the event is the contract signing between the two (2) businesses. It’s undeniable proof that both enterprises are partners and will work together to build a more exceptional IPASS Processing. Next is the handshake ceremony, then continued with a photo op to commemorate this pivotal moment.
The following activity in the program is the Corporate Strategies presented by Globe’s SGLT Team. They discuss what will happen within the partnership and ensure that both businesses work towards the same views and goals. Thereon, the Globe’s Strat Team proceeded with the Landscape Review and Industry Insights. Here, they talk about how IPASS got selected as their partner among the numerous companies in Mindanao.
After all of the Globe’s presentations, Ms. Rachlle Olivar takes the floor to present our Current State Assessment & Outlook and Plans. She discussed IPASS Processing’s 5-Year Plan, especially focusing on how the company will grow and advance.

Another highlight of this significant event is the Ideation Workshop facilitated by Globe Business. All attendees are divided into three (3) teams: Management Team, Operations Team, and Back End Support Team. This workshop aims to identify the company’s pain points and collaborate to reach attainable solutions.
The facilitator formally ended this momentous program with his closing remarks. Afterward is the distribution of tokens and the equally essential group photos to remember this critical milestone. IPASS Processing is another step closer to achieving its ultimate goal through this event.
