The Professional Regulation Commission, or PRC, is a three-man commission under the Department of Labor and Employment. Its mission is to govern and supervise the practices of the professionals who make up the country's highly skilled workforce.
The PRC administers, implements, and enforces the regulatory laws of the country regarding the regulation and licensing of the various professions and occupations under its jurisdiction. These policies include the enhancement and maintenance of professional and occupational standards and ethics and the enforcement of the rules and regulations relative to that.
Before the candidate proceeds to any document verification by the international regulating council, they must first verify their license here in the Philippines.

PRC LICENSE RENEWAL

PRC CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING
The Certificate of Good Standing is a certification issued by the Authority to the Operating Cooperatives. They are given to the individuals who have complied with the mandatory requirements and other administrative guidelines.
This certificate can be used as employment, business, or further proof of credibility and good moral character as a professional. In addition, the candidate must declare that they have never been convicted with any legal cases, medical malpractice during their practice, or if they’re currently under investigation.
