Following a successful year, we commemorated our achievements and tackled challenges during our year-end celebrations. Across four vibrant cities of Baguio, Manila, Cebu, and Davao, the IPASS community came alive in a series of Christmas parties.
Each celebration reflects the unique spirit of its location and the shared heart of our company. Moreover, it was a great way to cap off another strong year and show appreciation to all our dedicated employees. Our talented staff worked tirelessly throughout the year, and the parties were a chance to reflect on our accomplishments as a company.
IPASS Baguio Christmas Party: A Mountaintop Gala
In the cold mountain breeze of Baguio, the first IPASS Christmas party kicked off with a dazzling gala against breathtaking scenery. Our Baguio team embraced the celebratory spirit in a cozy venue overlooking the city lights. Moreover, laughter filled the air as colleagues danced, celebrated, and enjoyed a sumptuous feast during the year-end party.
Undoubtedly, the night’s highlight in Baguio was the games with the Board of Members. Most employees met the Board of Members for the first time since the branch launched last August 2023. In addition, the board recognized the excellent start of the branch throughout the year, which brought immense pride and camaraderie. As deserving individuals received their accolades, the room erupted in cheers, reinforcing the bonds of teamwork and mutual respect defining IPASS Processing.
IPASS Manila Christmas Party: A Celebration in the City of Lights
After celebrating the year-end party in the chilly city of Baguio, the board members continued the celebrations with the IPASS Manila team. Our Manila team, dressed to impress, brought their signature warmth and enthusiasm to the dance floor. The night unfolded in a whirlwind of merriment, sharing stories, and reveling in the joy of a year well spent.
As the music filled the air, it became a tangible expression of the vibrant spirit that drives IPASS Processing forward. Moreover, the IPASS Manila Christmas party culminated in a raffle draw. Thus, a moment of shared anticipation and joyous surprise as lucky winners walked away with exciting prizes.
IPASS Cebu Christmas Party: Island Rhythms and Unforgettable Memories
After celebrating with the team in Manila, our board members joined our team in Cebu. The IPASS Cebu Christmas Party celebrated the magic of camaraderie and the holiday spirit. A heartfelt message delivered by Ms. Jeanneth, Ms. Joyce, and Ms. Juris – resonated with the audience, reminding everyone of the season’s true spirit.
The night took a delightful turn with the IPASS Cebu Disney Princess Grand Entrance. Dressed in their most stunning renditions of iconic Disney princesses, employees showcased their creativity. Next, the Q&A ensued with lively interactions with the contestants, creating a romantic serenade. Furthermore, the raffle giveaway happened simultaneously, and the prizes greatly enhanced the festive atmosphere.
When the Disney Princess winner was crowned after much anticipation, the audience erupted into jubilant applause for her captivating portrayal. Then, Mr. Gellanggao led a meaningful dinner prayer, offering gratitude for the year’s blessings before guests enjoyed a delicious feast. Next, an acoustic band pulsed energetic beats as attendees danced the night away.
More games, raffles, and major prize giveaways amplified the revelry and excitement of the party. Additionally, Christmas bags overflowing with treats embodied the spirit of giving. The Star of the Night, awarded to an outstanding attendee, celebrated the party’s most enthusiastic contributor.
Our CEO, Ms. Rachelle Olivar, shared a closing message that wrapped up the IPASS Cebu Christmas party. Thus, she concludes the evening when dreams come true and the real meaning of Christmas shines brightly. More than just a celebration, the event represented the creativity, dedication, and unbreakable camaraderie of the Cebu team. IPASS Davao Christmas Party: A Dazzling Finale in the Heart of Mindanao
The final IPASS Christmas party unfolded in the vibrant city of Davao. The Davao Branch celebration exuded elegance and sophistication in the magnificently decorated hall of the Waterfront Insular Hotel. Our Davao team, dazzling in their formal attire, arrived ready to celebrate and reflect on the year’s achievements. The evening began with a welcome speech by our CEO, Ms. Rachelle Olivar, acknowledging the team’s diligence and dedication.
The IPASS Davao employees assembled for a dazzling “Cocktail” themed bash at the Waterfront Grand Ball on December 15th. The event started with the registration process. Then, the event host, who commenced the IPASS Davao Christmas party and IPASS Disney Princess, was introduced.
After introducing the contestants and judges, the event moved on with exciting parts like the talent and sports attire portion. In between that, two raffle rounds are giving out a total of 121 minor prizes. Moreover, the movie poster recreation winners and the best-dressed participants were recognized, making the atmosphere livelier.
The event peaked with the announcement of the winners in the pageant categories and, finally, the IPASS Disney Princess 2023. Additionally, the winner received a significant cash prize of P20,000, adding to the overall festive spirit. Furthermore, five (5) major raffle prizes of coveted electronics also induced thrills.
Interspersed throughout the evening, dinner service, musical serenades, and five special awards for standout contestants optimized the glitz and fun. As the closing same-day edit video encapsulated the dazzling program, the strengthened camaraderie spearheaded an unforgettable night.
With over P200,000 worth of cash and prizes, the IPASS Davao Christmas party cultivated creativity, friendly competition, and employee bonding. As IPASS Davao moves forward into 2024 with renewed inspiration, their showcased talent presents ongoing success. This achievement is fueled by their growing spirit of unity, a significant factor in their continued triumph.
