Ms. Jasn Olivar Jimenez is the vice president of IPASS Business Processing Inc. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Davao Doctors College and is a certified USRN.
Ms. Jasn is a nurse by profession, and she is currently working in the United States of America. She is a caring mother of two and a loving wife to her husband. She has been residing in the US for 15 years.
Ms. Jasn is responsible for assisting the organization in planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing operations in the organization. In addition, she ensures the development and implementation of efficient processes and cost-effective systems to meet the current and future needs of the organization. Ms. Jasn also serves as the communication officer to our partners and healthcare professional regulatory bodies in the US.

Ms. Jeanneth M. Olivar, USRN, is the Chief Operating Officer of IPASS Business Processing Inc. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at the San Pedro College Davao and took Masters in Business Administration in Ateneo De Davao University.
Ms. Jeanneth is responsible for examining, evaluating, and analyzing business procedures. She established policies and processes to improve day-to-day operations and ensure that the workplace environments are adequate and safe.
Moreover, Ms. Jeanneth oversees the production, procurement, and sales departments, ensuring that stakeholders collaboratively meet the departmental and corporate goals. In addition, Ms. Jeaneth is responsible for directing actions across an organization and directing managers to improve efficiency.

Joyce Olivar Parungao, MBA
Ms. Joyce O. Parungao is the Chief Finance Officer of IPASS Business Processing Inc. She graduated from the Ateneo de Davao University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Master in Business Administration.
She is a loving and caring mother to her only son and husband. Moreover, she is a philanthropist and a business-minded. She also embarked on real estate development through integrated township communities.
Ms. Joyce is also the Chief of Finance of the Olivar Land Development Corporation (OLDC) and part-owner of Cozy Living Realty. Furthermore, she is the owner of the Green Solution Agricultural Farm School, which is affiliated with TESDA.
Ms. Joyce is responsible for forecasting the organization’s financial standing based on financial and operational data and reports provided by the finance and accounting teams and advising the CEO and board on strategic direction.

Ms. Joris M. Olivar is the Procurement Director of IPASS Business Processing Inc. She graduated from the Ateneo de Davao University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work. Ms. Joris is in charge of ensuring the organization’s purchasing process is efficient and cost-effective. Moreover, this includes setting purchasing policies, managing purchasing budgets, and overall management of overseeing purchasing processes.
Furthermore, Ms. Joris manages various businesses outside IPASS, specifically in agriculture and real estate.

The IPASS Davao Branch celebration exuded elegance and sophistication. The employees assembled for a dazzling “Cocktail” themed bash in the magnificently decorated Waterfront Insular Hotel on December 15th. Our Davao team, dazzling in their formal attire, arrived ready to celebrate and reflect on the past year’s achievements.
With over P200,000 worth of cash and prizes, the event cultivated creativity, friendly competition, and employee bonding. As IPASS Davao moves forward into 2024 with renewed inspiration, its showcased talent presents ongoing success. In the cold mountain breeze of Baguio, their first IPASS Christmas party kicked off with a dazzling gala against breathtaking scenery. Our Baguio team embraced the celebratory spirit in a cozy venue overlooking the city lights. IPASS Processing 1st Sports Festival
One of the company’s most memorable events happened last August 06, 2022. IPASS Processing held its first-ever Sports Festival. The IPASS SportsFest was held at Davao Chung Hua High School, starting from 8:00 am and lasting up to 10:00 pm.
IPASS Processing 6th Anniversary
Last May, IPASS Processing celebrated its 6th Anniversary of excellent service and driven commitment. It is a week-long celebration starting from May 23, 2022, until May 29, 2022, but the event proper was on May 28, 2022.
The anniversary event was held at the Strawberry-Guyabano (SG) Farm located at Tupi South Cotabato and was attended by employees from Davao, Cebu, and Manila branches.
CHRISTMAS PARTY 2021
The IPASS Processing team celebrated their Christmas Party at Eden Nature Park and Resort last November 27, 2021. Aside from great food and a cheerful atmosphere, the team leader prepared various events and party games. This event includes Mr. & Ms. IPASS 2021, group cheers and yells, dance competitions, what’s in the box, and many more.
The day ended with everyone having their gift baskets and smiles on their faces.
