I joined Cycle 13 by the end of January 2024, feeling both excited and uncertain about starting my NCLEX journey. Since I couldn’t attend all the live sessions, I made the most of the recorded videos, and it was there that I first encountered Sir Ryan—a truly unforgettable lecturer! His energy, humor, and wacky personality made every session engaging and enjoyable. There wasn’t a single dull moment with him; I often found myself laughing while learning, which made even the most challenging topics easier to grasp.

A big shoutout also to Sir Jay, Ma’am Rosanna, Paula, and all the exceptional lecturers from Cycles 13 to 15—both the seasoned and the new ones. Each of them contributed something unique, ensuring the review was comprehensive and truly effective. I cannot thank the team enough for helping me recall subjects I hadn’t studied in three decades since my college years!

One standout resource that helped me immensely was the Roadmap. I printed every single page, sorted the subjects, and compiled them separately for easy access during my free time at work. This thoughtful guide became an invaluable resource, adding structure to my review and reinforcing my preparation at every step.

The UWorld subscription, coupled with the assistance of IPASS, was another game-changer. The practice questions trained me to answer with confidence, and the detailed rationales helped deepen my understanding of the content. The strategies for tackling stand-alone, SATA, and case study questions were practical and effective, allowing me to build both skill and confidence over time.

The support I received didn’t stop there. The coaches assigned to me provided invaluable insights, even if I was only able to consult with them once. A special thank you to Sir Emil for your advice, which served as a constant source of motivation. Your words inspired me to work even harder toward achieving my dream.

My NCLEX journey is part of a long-held dream to reunite with my adult sons, who now live permanently in Canada. We brought them there to study, and they’ve since become permanent residents. After graduating in 2016, I worked as a nurse in a tertiary hospital for seven years before pursuing employment abroad in Saudi Arabia. There, I worked for four years in a Medical-Surgical Unit and two years in a Nephrology Unit. Upon returning to the Philippines, I’ve dedicated 12 years to serving in the government.

Now, I’ve decided to take the NCLEX to reignite my dream of becoming a nurse in Canada and, most importantly, to be with my sons. IPASS has been instrumental in helping me take this significant step. They provided me with everything I needed—from comprehensive lectures and practice tools to encouragement and inspiration.

Thank you, IPASS, for helping me chase my dreams again. This journey wouldn’t have been the same without your guidance and unwavering support!
