Reviewee’s Feedback | Mary Ann Lapinid, RN, USRN
1. What can you say about the content of the review program?
The contents of the review program are well organized because the topic starts from the basic like fundamentals in Nursing & Nursing issues which for me needs to be learned first before jumping to the heavy subjects which are the disease process, critical care & pharmacology. The program was based on the NCSBN test plan which for me it really prepared myself to be equipped with the essential knowledge that will be going to test on me during the NCLEX exam. Aside from that, the practice exams and rationalization in every subjects were very helpful in understanding further the concepts and since it was given as pretest before the rationalization, I used it to gauge myself by knowing my scores and assessing myself in what percentage I am so that I can motivate myself to work harder even more in every low scores that I have.
For me, the review program was delivered effectively based on what is going to be test during the NCLEX exam. It guided and prepared the students to be well prepared and despite the anxiety it gives a light of hope that everything will be alright and we can go home bringing the license of being a US Registered Nurse. What is good in the Review Program and I’m proud of are the continuous assessment and guidance to every students that will help us students in minimizing our anxiety.
