Before running the company, Miss Rachelle’s first and biggest challenge as an owner has been her career transition. Nurses who’ve also experienced a tough time processing their licensure application needs besides its relative niche industry.
This change in her career path was perilous at first. Still, she overcomes these obstacles by cultivating strong leadership skills, building a diverse and inclusive team, utilizing digital innovations, and developing a resilient mindset. To this day, she has successfully navigated the business world and has become a highly respected entrepreneur.
