The Sales Specialist is mainly responsible for achieving the assigned monthly sales target through the provision of prompt and effective customer support, especially on identifying the qualifications and requirements of customers, providing an advisory on the high-value services of IPASS these customers they can best take advantage of, with utmost customer satisfaction and, thereby, creation of promoter customers in mind. Lead nourishment and after-sales coordination support are also key functions of this role.

The Processing Assistant is mainly responsible for the end-to-end documentation, processing, coordination of the requirements of the service the customer signed up for in IPASS. The tasks may involve encoding, updating and filing of records, maintenance of databases, monitoring and communication of the progress of the client’s sought service.

Graduate of 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship and/or other equivalent programs preferably.
Background in customer service and/or back office (document processing, process coordination, etc.) is a plus.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Branch Supervisor

The Branch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations and other important areas related, but not limited, to customer service, human resources, finance, and administration within the assigned branch. Liaison Assistant

The Liaison Assistant is responsible for monitoring and tracking of availed school requisition assistance to be processed in various colleges or universities, both onsite and online, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the client’s requirements, processed forms, and other documents for international mailing. The Liaison Assistant, moreover, provides updates in the master list, database, and client’s email on the progress of the processed school documents.

At least high school or senior high graduate.
With a non-professional driver’s license.
Owns a motorcycle available for company usage (to be provided with gas and maintenance allowance).
Experience with office or admin tasks is preferred but not required.
Good organizational skills.

Finance Assistant
