The Sales Specialist is mainly responsible for achieving the assigned monthly sales target through the provision of prompt and effective customer support, especially on identifying the qualifications and requirements of customers, providing an advisory on the high-value services of IPASS these customers they can best take advantage of, with utmost customer satisfaction and, thereby, creation of promoter customers in mind. Lead nourishment and after-sales coordination support are also key functions of this role.

The Sales and Marketing Representative plays a key role in achieving monthly sales targets by engaging aspiring Filipino nurses, promoting our PNLE Review Program with clarity and passion, and supporting marketing efforts to boost awareness and enrollment. You will help future nurses navigate their review options, ensure a smooth onboarding experience, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing strategies effectively.

Operations Department

Processing Assistant

Onsite | Full Time | Davao Branch

The Processing Assistant is mainly responsible for the end-to-end documentation, processing, coordination of the requirements of the service the customer signed up for in IPASS. The tasks may involve encoding, updating and filing of records, maintenance of databases, monitoring and communication of the progress of the client’s sought service.


Branch Supervisor

Onsite | Full Time | Cebu Branch

The Branch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations and other important areas related, but not limited, to customer service, human resources, finance, and administration within the assigned branch. Your key roles include formulating branch revenue plans, staff training and development, assessing employee’s performance regularly, and preparing comprehensive reports of branch activities directly to the Operations Manager – Business Process.


Liaison Assistant

Onsite | Full Time | Cebu Branch (No Hiring. Pooling Only)

The Liaison Assistant is responsible for monitoring and tracking of availed school requisition assistance to be processed in various colleges or universities, both onsite and online, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the client’s requirements, processed forms, and other documents for international mailing. The Liaison Assistant, moreover, provides updates in the master list, database, and client’s email on the progress of the processed school documents.

The Finance Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day verification, validating, and correction of financial documents and records, and the accurate and up-to-date maintenance of the financial database and system.

HR Officer

The HR Officer oversees onboarding, employee engagement, relations, discipline, and labor relations for the Manila branch. He or she assists in recruitment, conducts background checks, liaises for compensation and payroll concerns, communicates with departments, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and partners with stakeholders.

Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and creating visual concepts and ideas for various media, utilizing different design tools and software to achieve company goals. Collaboration with the marketing and relevant teams is essential to produce final designs while adhering to brand guidelines and meeting project deadlines.


Digital Marketing Supervisor

Onsite | Full Time | Baguio Branch

The Digital Marketing Supervisor is responsible for the planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and other initiatives, keeping track of performance through reports, overseeing the day-to-day tasks of the team, and collaborating and coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
