Walkthrough

In the navigation menu, click on the Services tab.

Then, press the Service Payment.

You will be redirected to the Service Payment Page. For local clients, click this link for local payment walkthrough. For international clients, click the International button and you will be redirected to the products below.

Scroll down the page until you get to the Others section. Then click Customized Payment

Your IPASS agent will give you the service availed with breakdown details and the total amount either through email or Messenger.

Fill those details on the fields like in the picture example below. Then, click on the “Pay Now” button.

You will be redirected to the Cart page to check your order and total fees.

Next, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

Then you will be redirected to the Checkout page. Please enter your personal information. Make sure your address is same with the address registered in your card.

Paypal as Payment Method

There’s two options if you choose the “PayPal”. Using PayPal Account or Card

If you’re using your PayPal account , click “Pay with PayPal” button.

Then this PayPal window will appear where you can enter your Paypal credentials.

OR

If you’re using your Card, click “Debit or Credit Card” button under “Paypal”. Then, please input your card credentials.

Then on the appeared form, please input your card credentials .

CyberSource as Payment Method

Choose “CyberSource” as your payment option. And then select “Place Order” button. (Note: This option strictly accepts bank accounts in USD only)

You will be redirected to a Cybersource page to enter your card details on the form. Once you fill out your payment details, select “Pay” button.

After entering your payment details, you will receive your order receipt.

Note: Your order along with your payment will be on validation process on the Finance team. Make sure you have also received your receipt on the payment services as a proof of your successful order.
