Community Quarantine: Fight Against COVID-19

Fight Against COVID-19: Community Quarantine

(Estimated reading time: 2 minutes)

Cities and provinces in the country have imposed community quarantine as a way to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Implementing other different measures to provide people safety from the virus. Requiring everyone to observe proper handwashing, travel bans, class suspensions, to work cancellations, as precaution. Moreover, the government encourages the observance of the home quarantine and social distancing, expecting everyone to follow. Advising people not to flock in a crowd to avoid possible transmission. Furthermore, mandating public transportations to lessen the number of passengers per trip to execute distancing.

Rest assured that these measures are just ways to prevent COVID-19 from propagating. As others say, prevention is better than cure. In line with this, IPASS Processing is currently operating home-based, putting the safety of the clients and workers into utmost importance. Need no worry because even with closed offices, the Facebook page and our website are open for your inquiries and messages anytime. With this pandemic affecting worldwide, the processing is still on pending status. Temporarily, applicants and clients are suggested to collect the needed requirements on hand. Then, if in time of continuous operation, the processing will then be commenced.

A silver lining

In spite of this community quarantine, this could also be a good time to study and prepare for taking the NCLEX. Firstly, start with reading your books and reviewers, and you could take online classes ahead of time. Then, utilize these days to be productive under your own roofs. Have this chance to finish things and other activities without forgetting to keep yourself informed. Watch and listen to the news and updates on current trends. Just remember to follow the pieces of advice of the government and the World Health Organization, as these are for our very own safety. Finally, stay at home and do not roam around if it is not important.

For those who are staying at home, take this opportunity to spend more time with the family and other loved ones. Have some quality time and enjoy each other’s company. Read a good book and maintain a clean environment and remember to always stay safe!

THANK YOU, medical professionals, who are risking their lives.
