One of the primary requirements for any job application is the resume. Not everyone is lucky enough to learn how to write a resume in school. If ever, you are only taught the most basic form or were given a basic template.
The truth is, your resume would not stand out if you use a basic template. It also won’t work if your resume design is too complicated.
