Travelers must comply with the following requirements under these arrangements:
Visitors must follow all the acquired or necessary quarantine requirements of the state they arrived in or are planning to visit.
Returning skilled workers and overseas students to Australia will help solidify our economic recovery by supplying the necessary personnel and supporting our vital education sector.
Australia will likewise welcome properly vaccinated citizens from Japan and the Republic of Korea as of December 1, 2021. Citizens of Japan and the Republic of Korea with a valid Australian visa will be able to travel freely from their home countries to participating states under the same terms and requirements.
Today’s news comes on the heels of prior measures that have seen us accept properly vaccinated Australians, permanent residents, and their immediate family members back to Australia since November 1 and the start of the Singapore safe travel zone yesterday.
