1. What can you say about the content of the review program?
Overall, it was an excellent one. It was not an easy journey, but the lessons I gained along the way have made me more resilient and equipped me to be the safe nurse That would like to become. It includes pertinent information on how to provide patients with high-quality nursing care, enhancing our knowledge not just to pass the test but also to put what we have learned to practice.
2. How your online review program helped you in your exam prep
I found it challenging to prepare for the test, especially since I work a full-time job.
But having a review center has made it easier for me to manage my time and keep my study routines more structured. I believe that I can only function at my best when I am well-rested, so I no longer force myself to attend live classes because their content is the same. It was truly the best that I found the best review center that provides exactly what I needed for my preparation. The recorded videos were life-saving for those of us who never had the opportunity to participate in the live sessions due to time conflicts. Educators are great and extremely supportive. Their enthusiasm for helping us students in passing the NCLEX exam was apparent to me.
3. What is your feedback about the Roadmap to NCLEX book?
The road map was really helpful; in fact, I used it later on, after I finished mastering the concepts and reading on my own using the Saunders and my old notes from the PNLE. Fortunately, I already had the information I needed, so I didn’t have to summarize what I had read. It comes in useful, so I use it whenever I have time at work to scan notes.
4. What can you say about your NCLEX educators? (Jay, Rosanna, Ryan, Hya, Geno, Paola)
They are excellent educators; I have nothing but great awe of how passionate they are in their field. They impart not just the educational aspect but the real-life hacks on how to attain success in life. I feel blessed whenever they randomly give some advice that I needed to hear, and I thank God for it—that I have found the right people that are helping me ace my exams.
5. What can you say about the review success coaches
Actually, I did not reach out to my coach by choice because I feel like I’ll be more pressured when I have someone monitoring me on my phasing. I am the type who likes to buy my time, and I easily get pressured and overwhelmed, so I have decided not to have any coaching sessions at all. However, I really appreciate the fact that we have someone to watch over us, which shows how much IPASS values its students.
6. What is your nursing background and how the online review helped in your NCLEX preparation?
Given that I am just beginning my nursing career, I praised God for providing me with the chance to complete this exam. I still struggled in the review classes because, as a full-time employee, I am actively implementing hospital procedures, and occasionally they are not the norm. Therefore, it was a blessing that I have a review center that helps me stay on course, corrects me, and provides me with the new and pertinent information I needed.
7. What board of nursing did you apply for the NCLEX?
NCLEX Canada is what I applied for.
