What To Do After Passing The NCLEX

You have successfully passed your NCLEX the next question pops into your head, now what? Being a US Registered Nurse is a big accomplishment and the ticket for your American dream. It doesn’t stop there, you are just on the first step of your long but very rewarding journey.

We will discuss what is next for you after passing NCLEX.

1. Find An Agency/Employer

   If you haven’t done this early on your American journey now is the time for you to find an employer abroad. This could be through an agency or direct hire. Your options are now countless since you have are now licensed. Make sure that the people you choose to work with are legit and licensed to avoid running into trouble in the future. 2. Take Your English Exam

   This is now the time where you have to take your English exam (IELTS). Because you will be needing it moving forward to the processing of your other documents going abroad. You have to take note to choose the academic module for the IELTS.
